Marshall, Jock
As a French design consultant hired by American Thermos in the late 1950s, Marshall created the generic Americana kit which featured regional maps of the United States. As the story goes, his misspelling of Cape Cod as "Cap Cod" made him the butt of jokes around Thermos. Although no documentation exists, the style suggests Marshall probably also designed the Dutch Cottage, Firehouse, Satellite, and Corsage kits for American Thermos.
